Mission

Our mission is to do planning, invest, provide technical support and maintain the old and historical buildings owned by the University in a high- quality and cost-effective manner by renovating them; to contribute to regional change by constructing new buildings which the University needs; to solve problems as quickly as possible; to follow the latest trends and developments closely in the world, and finally increase our productivity and social facilities in order for the institution to sustain its existence in accordance with the existing rules and legislations considering our country’s economic conditions.

Vision

In the light of the University’s needs, we aim to provide all the units and departments with the much needed construction ensuring the best quality and function, infrastructure, technology, aesthetics, equipment, by following the global trends which will carry our University forward into the future. We believe that an institution culture starts with the staff and it is furthered by its buildings, so we hope to construct our buildings with this aim.
