In order to provide the University with teaching and learning, nutrition, accommodation and cultural events, our Office is to perform the following tasks:

-To coordinate the much needed planning of buildings and facilities for the development of our university.

-To prepare the feasibility reports for the works which need technical scrutiny and thorough planning.

-To carry out the expropriation and land allocation.

-To prepare bidding documents and manage bids.

-To check the technical aspects of the bidding procedures, ensure their righteousness and execute the confirmation processes of the finished project.

-To manage bids that are related to construction, renovation and restoration, and the supply of the infrastructure facilities in accordance with the central construction plans and projects of the University. To ensure that the construction is in line with the plans and projects by monitoring the application work in the field. To open the finished projects for service by doing the pending and final confirmation of the project.

-To determine the infrastructural needs of the University and to maintain the continuous function of the infrastructure.

-To maintain both the interiors and exteriors in line with the needs.

-To do the large-scale and small-scale maintenance of the existing building and blocks.

-To take measures against the risks of natural phenomena by developing projects and by manufacturing.

-To renew and manage the existing switchboard, do its periodic maintenance and fix its problems in order to provide the University with the basic infrastructure services such as heating, cooling, ventilation, clean and waste water, electric energy, and communication.

-To provide for the maintenance of indoors and outdoors in case the contractor cannot deal with it for various reasons./p>

-To make arrangements for landscaping of both main and slip roads, including pavements and ceremony areas.

-To provide for the transport by using the current service buses. To provide for the routine maintenance of the park, where transportation vehicles and machines are parked.

-To draw up construction and public improvement plans.

-To carry out expropriation services in line with the construction and public improvement plans.

-To carry out the bidding procedures for the materials, equipment and maintenance in order to provide the services mentioned above.
